Sprocket as Brake rotor

Anybody know of a sprocket being used as a Brake rotor?
Somebody ought to make a kit!

Bicycle calipers won't work but maybe a small motorcycle caliper would.

I had a gokart with a live axel years ago that had a hydraulic caliper that used the drive sprocket for brakes. I'm not sure if it was home made or came that way. It worked but tended to get greasy and needed to be cleaned often
