Hey everyone I just had a friend give me a scooter because it ''locked up''. It only has 3000 miles and it seems like there is oil in it so I am not sure yet.Back wheel doesn't turn when you try and move it forwards but nothing with the chain seems to be locked up or snagged.I've got picture if someone could help that you would be awesome!

Looks like a gy6 motor, know nothing about them..

Looks like it was left outside, rear wheel doesn't roll?? It's the CVT or rear angle drive or rear brake engine has a centrifugal clutch allowing the rear wheel to roll independently from engine. Plastic flywheel cover right on side when sitting on bike, remove and turn flywheel with hand to check if engine is free, if so then check rear brake at rear wheel lever on left side has freeplay if so open CVT cover Mice love it in there!!

It's the cooling air tube, to a mouse it just says WELCOME!!! Make yourself at home..
