Tune Up Guide for MB'ers

Hey guys. Just wanted to start a thread with tune up guide for MB'ers. Some things to check before you leave on your bike from time to time! Feel free to add to the list!

Tune Up Guide

1. Check Head Bolts
2. Spark Plug Wire
3. Tire & Tube
4. Check rear axle of wheel
5. Change Clutch Pucks
6. Double Check All Bolts (Clutch, magneto,etc)

6b. Replace stock aluminum bolts with at least grade 5 steel
7. Keep things lubed and greased
8. Check chain tightness and compensate for stretching
9. Check for loosening spokes (front and rear)

lol that was funny. I understand exactly what you mean! I built about 6 of these bikes in the past and I only got 3 of them to function perfectly lol. Im switching over to a Dax!
