V3 P-85 Was Dynoed

I was running 37 mph originally with the 80cc motor on 700C tires and it was calibrated for 700C tires this new bike I literally just put back together yesterday after I was t-boned by a truck at 45mph and ruined my other frame from a Schwinn wayfarer hence the mismatched rims The rear driven wheel is actually the front rim that I had had that I removed the disc brake and swapped the sprocket over too with some shims to compensate for the slight decrease in axle width
To do 37 mph on 700c tires using a 10t\32t means your engine was turning 5921 rpm. To do 45 mph on 700c tires using a 10t\32t means the engine was doing 7201 rpm
