what steerer tube 1 inch or 1 1/8 inch because they all dont fit each other

no idea, however for the money it's worth the risk.
I dont expect a lot from them, just to absorb some of the pot holes and road bumps I go over.
I figure I could sell them on for at least what I paid, if they arent right if I list them right!
