pretty much depends on how you ride it & take care of it - a year or more of daily commute to work before a $100 engine swap is about right when it is taken care of

Since April: 61 25 mile commutes =1525 miles. Countless errands and pleasure trips. Have ridden thing nearly every day. Minimum 3000 miles.Still running well. Good compression.
