how do you go about getting in the over 50 mph club.

Computer is set to 205cm for tire circumference on 26x2.0 so if the tires are any taller than I think then I am losing half or one mph. I like to stay on the "low"

What is wrong with you? the pic's are right there! showing my bar height, frontal area width and my 4 stroke engine,I would say its highly un likely your bike weighs 70lbs and sorry but i have used those bicycle computers and they all suck! and can be out as much as 6 percent usually on the high side.but you keep contradicting yourself and putting others down im sure it will get you far!

none of the ones advertised for motorized bicycles work, with the possible exception of mzmiami's racing pipe ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/271952212120 ). I haven't tested the thing but it looks like it should work well.

a used CR80 pipe will run you about $60. bring it and a bottle of good whiskey to a local welder and he'll make it fit your bike.

Another one that works is the thrust racing exhaust it's under the 45 dollar Mark and took me from doing 32- 33 mph to doing 40 with no problems

A big engine is nice, you can gear it for speed and the engine will handle the low end torque you need get started.

You can gear a 66cc direct drive to hit 50mph, you will just spend a hell of a lot time pedaling the rest of the time.

As I say all the time, the secret to speed is gears.

This Raleigh 8-speed just flat kicked ass off the line and would hit 50mph,

The thing is, if you want to go 50mph, get the right brakes to stop you.

Like I said anyone who clames these little China girls can reach 50 -60 is full of s**t they would totally come apart
