I'm new to these 2 strokes as well, but could a weak spark be caused by too little of air gap on the magneto armature?

Or possibly the magnet flipped over backwards causing weak spark, just throwing some ideas out there.

Well the thing is the bike ran perfect before I swapped it to another bike...

Possibly posting some pics of how your motor, carbie and your electrical is set up might be of help...you would be surprised how many times that all we had to do here was just see a pic and something jumps right out at us that needs correcting...Members here have solved many a problem this way...DAMIEN

Whats your sparkplug gap set at? Specs is .025"-.028" I believe.

Metric is about 0.65mm plug gap
