A 65 might be perfect or maybe a 67...i cant predict that but the plug will tell you the story.

Do u think my main problem is just my jetting? Thats why im getting a low speed?

Well, knowing the carb is rich that can certainly take away power..it could be the plug gap or a weak spark..its hard to determine over the internet but lets start with carburetor tuning first and go from there.

For the standard 48 to 66 cc motors using a stock plug .025 gap sounds about right.

I honestly dont know if it would be the same for your motor but most likely it would be.

I would just buy a jet kit and work down in jet size...its better to run rich and work down than run lean and work up...one small change in jet size can mean being on the lean side so going from 70 to 64 is a big jump...being to lean can damage a motor so to be safe get some jets and work down slowly till chocolate brown shows up on the plug.
