I only know that when I had the Zeda 80 with stock exhaust running synthetic oil, my drips from the exhaust were always black, never gray.
Can't tell ya on my Phantom 85 since it's stock exhaust never drips oil.
However, I have decided to lock this thread since it has veered so far off from it's original topic regarding CDIs.
