The SHA 15mm clone is supposed to work great with smaller RSE 2 petal Reed kit.

What Mikuni carb did you buy?

Worked at a bike shop, a leftover probably off a PW, it has a idle circuit which should be interesting.

Use a cylindrical head allen bolt

Even they are a bit tight

I chuck the bolts in the lathe
You could do it with a drill and a grinder and get the same result

Yes, it's the non Reed case zeda80 modified to be a reed case.

looking at some reed cases on different venders sights and there was one with the case bolt at the bottom of the port relocated to a area behind the clutch shaft and had a taller port. It appeared to be a casting and not a weld up job, any idea? It's the KMB GT90 cases.
