Anyone know where to get 7/8ths stainless flexpipe for a hs142? Been looking for a minute and cant find anything other than a medical website that sells 25 feet of the stuff and memory lane classics that you have to FAX in your order. Also have been looking for the megaphone poo poo exhaust from grubee but to no avail.

Just fabricate a whizzer exhaust for your huasheng 142f. Or use 7/8" stainless steel seamless pipe & bend your own exhaust. I made my own exhaust for my bike.

This is slightly larger than 7/8. 7/8 is 2.225 cm and this is 25 cm in diameter. Does anyone know if this will still work to make shift an exhaust?

Should work just fine

That's a 1/8" larger than 7/8" & you will loose some low end torque, but yes it will work.

One word of caution, that's a diesel heater exhaust pipe and is very thin. Your only chance of mounting it is to clamp it on.

I used some of that from the extractor to the muffler. As both pipes are the same size in my case, I cut narrow slits in the hard pipe, squeezed it together, used hi temp copper gasket maker and pipe clamped it together. So far so good.

Well I ordered a 60 cm long one off AliExpress. I'll keep ya'll posted! Hopefully I won't loose too much torque. I kinda need it. I'm 265 lbs but I also have the HuaSheng 53cc 144F motor.
