90% of the time I have heard the empty boost bottle does nothing. But there are a couple people who claim otherwise. I'm just trying to get you back to 100% stock so you can troubleshoot your condition.....which in reality is an over lean situation, since it won't run with full air flow. Over lean = too much air or not enough fuel.

....So, everything is good, just know that I can get more than 1.96 HP's ...out of a 48cc
