great find.. who makes it?

I had a great find today when I bought this cruiser off craigslist for 55 bucks.. looks like its never been ridden.. but i cant figgure out who makes it, it just says pacific on it.. any ideas?
i want to make it look like a post ww3 survival bike... any ideas for that =) ???
