Huasheng wont stay running after clutch maintenance.

Ill definitely get you pics cuz mines different ive got a deal that goes over the clutch its like a pulley for the belt drive and my buddy and i assumed that got bolted down over the clutch its self
Ok sounds good I'm wondering if you got the old style huasheng with the straight style crankshaft. I'm betting so & the bronze bushing let go on your clutch bell. Yep get us some pics & will try & get you fixed up. That way you can do wheelies & burnouts when done.🤣😂🤣

Ahaha eh sounds good to me. Is it good to have the old style or no?

So this prolly isnt where im suppose to post these but yea.. so yea after putting that bolt on the front one the wheel does not spin freely. Tried switching the bolts around see if that fix it and it did not still does the same thing I don't know what the hell I did to it but the front one did not have a bolt on it at all or it had one on it but it wasn't the right one so any input on this would be greatly appreciated

Nope you are fine on your pics, we might need more. With the clutch bell off, will the engine start & run fine. Also with the clutch bell off will the bike roll fine, our does the rear wheel still lock up & not turn easily. Thanks. P.S I'm not seeing anything just jumping out wrong.

Can you get me a pic of everything installed, but snap a pic 90° to the clutch bell. Basically take a pic looking/showing the transmission straight on. It almost looks like in pics you sent that the clutch bell is cocked a bit, like the bronze bushing is worn out a bit & letting the clutch bell cock on the shaft & clutch. Also will the clutch assembly slide off of the crankshaft easily. But make sure you follow my direction on post#16 1st.

Only other thing I can think of, is there a possibility you got the clutch assembly flipped 180° on the crankshaft.

The clutch assembly slides off fairly easily..the rear sprocket? Is snug but slides off it has its key wat mmy

Got it figured out. Pulled the brass bushing and it was all gunked up so i cleaned it up and put a thin layer of synthetic grease all on the inside of it and she road jush fine. Till i put er down this morning in the snow storm smdh
