Post Mount is the new standard, International Standard is the old standard. Your fork and caliper are both PM.
The adapter you need is called PM-### front.

I notice putting on new mag rims my rear brake work really wheel I would burn rubber at a stop there not disc though.
That is they work really good until the paint wore off now there slick again not that good in the rain so I'm thinking of painting my mags once a week. Concept should work on disc too!
