I'm putting this on my 212cc engined bike:

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=2PCS+Motorcycle+7/8"+Handle+Bar+Switch+Horn+Turn+Signal+Start+Controls+Universal&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_osacat=0&_odkw=motorcycle+alarm+remote+start

Since I have an electric starter, a 30-watt motorcycle headlight, engine kill switch, I figured I might as well buy this.

Everything slipped on, like it was made for a bike with 7/8" handlebars.

After removing the stuff on the handlebars, this is how everything went back on:

1)New mirrors
2)Motorcycle controls
3)Bike's brake levers
4)Bike 7-speed shifter
5)Bike grips

I have everything fitting loosely, until I determine the right "feel" for the controls.

Then I'll need to drill 1/8" holes in each side of the handlebars, under the motorcycle controls.
This is to pin the controls firmly onto the bars.

Sadly, all 19 wires have to be extended to reach my battery box.....
and there are no pictures or electrical diagrams to wire it up.

I'll figure it out with my friend Mr. Google.:)

What a great deal!

Now all I need is a signal flasher and a horn.:)

I have wiring, shrink tubes, soldering iron, connectors, etc.

What a project!:)

I got M/C controls on my Whizzer M/B.
When I changed the handle bars on my Whizzer instead of drilling a little hole in the handle bars for the pin on the controls.
I just cut the little pin off the controls. The M/C controls fit so tight they wont slip or turn.

FWIW, these controls are replacement items for Honda, Suzuki, Kaw, even the 2012 BMW.

So I should easily be able to download a wiring diagram.

Yep, here's one:

My career with the phone company dealt with HUGE! "rats' nests" of hundreds and hundreds of colored wiring.

Color codes don't matter.
I'll just trace out the lines with a meter.

It's "only" 19 wires.:)

I got the horn:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Motorb...241434?hash=item1a3db23f1a:g:mYsAAMXQrhdTW-pi

It should bolt right onto my front fork.

and the signal relay:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-2-Pin-...730630?hash=item1c9cfa4106:g:IpEAAOSwbURcf2lz

and something to reduce 18v to 12v:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Waterproof...370166?hash=item5958879636:g:JEUAAOSwMtxXrJVm

It should all fit in my "battery box",

along with my 18v cordless battery, fuse box, battery disconnect switch,
alarm, siren, 9v battery and remote control equipment.:)

What an electrical nightmare!:)

The original klunker bicycles (beach cruisers modded for trail riding in the 1970s) used motorcycle brake levers, before BMX bikes became common.

I’m using the bicycle’s brake levers. I MIGHT use a dual pull brake lever, then use the other lever for the throttle.

I just realized your M/C controls don't have brake levers or mirror mounts.
Yes, bicycle brake levers and clamp mount mirrors would be the obvious choice.

My eyes aren't what they used to be:(

I googled motorcycle wiring diagrams.
I can't follow the colored coded wiring in the electrical diagrams for the motorcycle controls.

So I busted out my trusty ohm meter to trace the wires.

Wow! This meter has been in the closet, untouched, for over 18 years, and the battery's still good!
This VOM meter STILL works!

I retired from the phone company after 32 years as a troubleshooter.
I can trace hundreds of wires, blindfolded, even if they're all the same color.:)

After an hour, I figured out where all 19 wires hook up to.

Starter, horn, headlights, turn signals, ignition, kill switch and passing headlight flasher.

What? No emergency flasher, lol?
