My Build 80cc PowerKing

Well ordered PowerKing 80cc from zoombicycleengines.com
it was on sale $145 + free shipping

Got everything put together but kinda worried about the quality of this thing
Casting is very rough and internals look very weak. Does anyone have a similar type engine with better quality or a different brand?

I adjusted the chain so I can delete the chain tensioner...I can get the fine adjustment on the chain with the rear axle.

what is the best sealant to use on the magneto cover and wire harnes to help with moisture entering...

have found it pays to buy the best

here in our town GE brand sealants cost the most
and have been proven by far to be the best

as far as holding up to your engine heat
not sure
may wish to visit your local auto parts store
they should have many sealants to chose from

i just used some permatex gasket black, but pretty much any rtv silcone. i also sealed wear the wires go in and out. couple of days ago i noticed the top lip of cdi used to have some kind of seal well it cracked off, cause of the cold and vibration i think so it might be a good idea to seal that too.

i noticed he has the wires right up against the exhaust. is there any worry there cause i know it gets pretty hot after a good run.

since than I have soldered all of the connections and shring tubed everything and I used some of that ribbed wire tubing to hold eveything together away from heat...should be a ok now

yeh i soldered and heatshrinked mine as well. Then i zip tied the wires out of the way from the muffler. Make sure ur killswitch is hooked up correctly, not how the book says it as its wrong. Here's a video i made a while ago of how to wire it.
