Any hardware store should carry extractor bits, also grab a bunch of 8.8 stainless bolts while you are there to replace all the chinesium bolts that come with the kit.

Should I replace all of the bolts?

I also managed to get the magneto cover loose so that's fine.

Replace them with allen bolts and you will never have this problem again. I prefer stainless allens . Take the old bolts with you to match up the length and thread pitch.

I found that a couple of the bolts on my 4 stroke could be replaced with longer bolts (5mm longer) with no ill effects, and i feel better knowing it has a few more threads holding it on.

What is the length of stud that goes into the front of the engine? I have to replace the studs with longer studs to accommodate an oval shape downtube and the the universal mount doesn't help mount very well
