I just purchased a 1999 Whizzer WC1 from Craigslist and I don't have a clue! It is brand new and yet to be assembled. Have all the assembly instructions and parts except one (ignition keys), so I will soon be putting it together over the next couple of days. I am retired and living in Casa Grande, Arizona. Had no idea there were so many motorbike enthusiast. If anyone has any hints or information on initial build and start-up, I would love hear from you.
