top speed please.

I've got a very old and tired 80(or 69cc or whatever) kings motor with a 44 toother and I was hitting about 35-36 mph on a straightaway with the motor screaming and I was in full tucked-in race position with a tailwind. But i just got done putting a 36 tooth sprocket and expansion chamber exhaust on it and i've had it up to 42 and then I wussed out, It wanted to go a little faster though...

nice! you got any pictures of your expansion chamber? I've got one on too now, but doesnt seem to be doing much, more low end torque but nothing up high, when I get my 32 tooth I'm expecting that to change though. Hopefully!

the pipe definitely isn't worth it if your running the 44 tooth sprocket, but with the added torque, a 36 tooth sprocket is the best

GP460 / GEBE 50mph, so far. slight uphill grade and i started too close to the intersection with the highway, had to stop.

them frame mount rigs sure is purty though ain't they. :devilish:

52MPH with 196cc 6.5HP engine on a trailer

I average top speed about 45-50MPH easily with a dry belt and cool clutch with mild or no winds, when it's raining out, I may top a bit less, or it just takes longer to top out.

WOW!!! VERY FAST INDEED! Post some more info about your motor, it surely got my interest.

I thought my trailer @ 52mph was the fastest, but it looks like someone here got me beat!
