I found this engine, if it's still in production and is a modern design, it might actually work ok. I've sent an enquiry anyway.

Sometimes a company could have done with some help on translation though. I draw your attention to the line about idling rpm.

You're right the transration really sux. But on the other hand what I can see of the one photo and glean from their site has caught my attention.
4 stroke and designed for mounting on bicycle frames are both positive. I for one would like to know more.
