hi, i just bought this bike, as most of you are american and know your bikes i thought i would see if anyone knows what it is as i can't find any info. the guy i have bought it off says the only identification on it says "proven speedster". could it be a department store bike? i am picking the bike up at the end of the week.

If you want to know what it is and what it's worth, I know a guy that could tell you in 2 seconds. PM me and if you would like me to put him in contact with you.

Someone (a few someone's most likely) on either OldRoads or C.A.B.E. would know, just from the one pic. Google them for the websites.
