Hopefully one of our Whizzer dealers will have one. I see that the Whizzer USA web site only has the parts manual in stock. They are out of the service manuals.

You might want to give Memory Lane Classics a call (419-832-3040 between 9am and 5pm eastern). They have a lot of Whizzer literature, and I believe I've seen the shop manual at their display at bike swap meets before. They don't have it listed on their website ( http://www.memorylane-classics.com ), but they only have a portion of what they carry listed on their site.
