OK...You are being sure to use the choke lever in the UP position when trying to pedal and start your bike???

Is it the CDI, or the coil? Two different parts.

That should be OK since your somewhere between 600 to a 1,000 ft altitude level where you are at...I know your city has variations in its elevation.

No I used to live up there though. I'm on the south end of the city now. In Carrick. Right off of Brownsville road

I just googled it. It says the elevation of Brownsville road in Pittsburgh is 1148 feet

Could you take some pics of the bike, motor on all sides and around etc???...I want to see if something obvious rears its ugly head to tell us why your bike isn't starting because I have run out of ideas as to why this is happening.

Does it look to you like the casing is cracked underneath?
