Year of manufacture

I am trying to find a year of manufacture for my Polar Motor Co. Whizzer. The VIN is RHAWMC184YP006873. My guess is around 2001-2003. The engine WME006873

The second # in the vin is 8 made in 1998
Nice the motor # matches the vin

Polar had to stop selling the bike because Whizzer had the Rights

If there is a ID plate on the frame neck it has the date code, How about a pic of that too

Interesting as the number series is slightly different than the WC1 and NE5 bikes. The year in those VIN's are the tenth digit from the left. Your tenth one is a "Y". I saw a similar one on ebay (yellow) with very close to similar VIN and it was claimed to be MFG 08 of year 2000. But remember that the early WCI have the year and month reversed with Year first and month second so I agree with Wrench it is likely a 2008, but what month is "00"??? So perhaps it is a 2000..... mystery to me.
