Scumbag drunk drivers deserve what they get. hopefully some of them end up in PMITA prison - but too often you hear about folks on their third DUI conviction driving w/o a lisence and there's not much you can do to stop them if they are left to their own devices, they just don't care who they hurt.

At a guess I'd say that the Mexican authorities are not likely to treat this guy with kid gloves. And I doubt if our State Dept will be interested in pursuing the matter either. (Unless he has some real clout)

This is one drunk killer who is likely to get everything he deserves and much, much more.
And I'm not unhappy about it.
