Got a start on my new pipe. Had to scrap the scooter pipe, couldn't get it to fit the new frame. This frame has a built in kick stand and anything hanging off it will interfere.
I have never seen so much space inside a cruiser frame mb.
Maybe only in a level toptube vintage roadie mb.
My Night Fur(r)y seemed to have lots of room with only the engine in but it is easy to fill with the quick tool bag, spare tube and lesser used tool bag, and a personal stuff bag. ☺
My spare motor that I never thought I'd look at has a few minor errors in it. The clutch arm didn't have any grease on the end and it was ground down to fit in the cover.
What is is 22 gauge in millimeters?
Ooh its 0.64mm wow that's thin compared with my old bunk bed frame parts, and my current lower right bed leg lol. They're 1mm or 0.9mm
When you say belly, its external then? Not just inserted up to the top or beyond top of the baffle cone. Hmm. It has to have a sharp bend then.
No sharp bend, a hole in the bottom with a channel back to the exhaust pipe. I'm debating on whether I need a muffler, but I'm planning one anyway just in case it's too loud. If you look at my picture, that's pretty much how the pipe will run.

I would love to see a sketch of your design, but it sounds like we're already about to see the actual item actualized.
(Although the details might not be visible in real life)
