Motorised bike bucking bar too far in which causes the clutch not to work please help

Or use a air compressor with a blow gun & blow in with blow gun to force bucking bar out.

Thanks very much if I was to drill it out using a 8mill drill bit would it damage anything
Bad news there...Don't do that...The metal filings will ruin everything...DAMIEN
Use a good pocket magnet, it will fit inside the hole to pull bucking bar out. Or get 1/4" rare earth magnet & epoxy it to a ¼" wooden dowel rod & use it to pull the bucking bar out.
I have three Mechanics magnets here on long rods that would fit just perfectly to pull that out no problem but unfortunately, your too far from here for me to just trot over and do it for you...lol...DAMIEN

I know its not Meath but the song still applies...lol.

And where do I blow in from
Hold your blow gun back about a 1" or less from hole in clutch shaft for bucking bar, then blow into bucking bar hole at a angle with blow gun, that should force bucking bar out far enough to grab with pliers.

Could I bore a little 4 mill
Hole in the bucking bar just enough to get a screw in and pull the screw with a pliars

I wouldn't do anything that would possibly allow even one piece of metal filings to infiltrate the clutch assembly whatsoever.
