That looks fairly normal to me...You don't see any of the teeth on any of the gears broken or worn off, do you?
Looks like you did grease it somewhat, I hope you didn't use more than a dab or two...It tends to fling off if there is too much grease and gets all over the clutch pads and pressure plate causing the clutch to slip on ya if your not careful with the grease.

If it did, you can always clean up the pads and pressure plate with some brake clean.
