You better go buy a non-running motorcycle for $50-$100 & be good with your hands & fix it with little, to no parts.

Well if I lived near you, for a $100 I could make that happen. All you'd have to do is give me the $100, get into my car and I'll briefly get you up to 80 mph on the interstate.

To do 80 mph on 29" wheels, using an 11t\32t means the engine would need to be turning 11,060 rpm.

I would offer this to go 80 mph with $100 to work with...
Buy a $100 helmet, take your bike to the steepest, highest mountain top, and with the helmet strapped on tight...shove off downhill.
I'm sure you're not serious about this...neither is my advice.
If you really want to 80 mph on 2 wheels do what I did... buy a 700cc motorcycle. Going that fast you need a little weight under you and decent suspension at a minimum.

Get a used predator 212 off marketplace or Craigslist to start with. I'd weld in a mount plate to a sturdy frame. That will get you started, but I'm not sure how a good drive train can be accomplished with that budget. To get the gearing to go that fast you will definitely need it to start from a stop with pedal assistance.
Bicycles were never built with those speeds in mind and its basically a fools errand to even think that any bicycle would stand up to it.
This is about the only outcome I can think of for your little quest of 80 MPH on a bicycle.
And with only @100.00 to spend???...Quite impossible...lol.

How about we stop talking about how impossible it is and just theorize how it could be done. I don't think @cloakedvillain is going to do such a thing, he just wants to know how he might be able to. (It's the whole "asking for a friend type thing 
)

Just for a fun thought exercise I did the rough math on the amount of power it would take to get a bicycle to even get up to that speed. At a minimum it would take about 16hp.
