Hi All,

I'm looking to bike to work. Have maybe ten km each way. Am thinking I'll try electric but gasoline offers more power at a cheaper price so, I'm in the learning phase. am looking forward to communicating with you all.

Hi Aname, first see what is legal in your state, there is a section on that here.
If gas was legal here, in no way would I consider elect.- my 2cents.

Welcome to the forum. I prefer gas also, but a 10k commute is certainly well within the capabilities of an ebike.
The ebike is preferable if you want to park it indoors at the home or office.

Also take into consideration

The terain is it flat or hily ???
and do you have a place at work to keep the bike out of the weather ??
And 110V to plug in a ebike ?
Whats the weather there like most of the time ???
And also perhaps most important is your route to work, Is it safe and easy to do every day ??
