Need help

I've got this vintage moped. 1976 intramotor gloria blanco. It doesnt run and im not sure what might be wrong with it. It had been sitting for a while but it is in decent shape. No idea how to get parts for it, generic or something. It has minarelli engine in it

Treatland will probably have parts.

The 1st thing I would do. Is pull the spark plug & spray WD-40 in the spark plug hole & let it soak over night.

ok, pretty sure I have ignition problem, engine does turn over, but no spark

For real, treatland rules. Once you give them enough business, they start sending stickers n stuff. very cool.

Also, the minarelli is a good motor, I think. Check for spark, clean the carb and report back..

EDIT: oh my bad, you dont have spark. ok.

Not sure if its the magneto or the wiring, the coil is getting no spark out to the plug

All Ground wires should be cleaned. Then clean the rust off of the magneto if its rusty.

Next thing I would do. Is disconnect the kill switch wiring to take the kill switch out of the equation.

Not sure if that is possible without pulling off the rotor thing
