Yeah I think them take a special puller to get off. Lol it's been too long & cant remember now.

Google for the mag wiring schematic on Google or Moped Army.

Yeah, coz the end of the crank is tapered, so they usually get stuck

Yeah if I remember correctly the removal tool screws into the magneto bell & pushes off of the shaft to remove it.

I connected all the same color wires together, not too sure about it. Im heading out, any comments I will check tommorrow. Goodnight

If you can't get a puller ive taken off similar setups by taking the nut off the shaft flipping it around backwards and rethreading it on (but leave the nut to where it protrudes a lil bit further then the shaft) take a small pry (i use a mechanics pry) and het the pry behind the fly wheel (make sure your only against the flywheel body)
And apply steady medium pressure while lightly tapping the nut with a hammer and it'll come off pretty easily. Having the nut reversed and extended from the shaft will protect the shaft from mushrooming.
Just remember to tap lightly

There should be a set of breaker points under there. You have to find out if they function.
