There should be a set of breaker points under there. You have to find out if they function.

And condenser as well...I would be replacing them in any event and don't forget the cam lobe lube...lol...lol.

You could probably also get it off with a 3 leg gear puller, I've used one to pull a moped flywheel before. Granted it was a much newer model moped but it looks like it would work the same

I've got this vintage moped. 1976 intramotor gloria blanco. It doesnt run and im not sure what might be wrong with it. It had been sitting for a while but it is in decent shape. No idea how to get parts for it, generic or something. It has minarelli engine in it

You need a 19mm x 1mm puller I believe. Kinda looks like this.

While you are figuring things out, soak that thing in penetrant like PB blaster, liquid wrench etc.

If you can't get a puller ive taken off similar setups by taking the nut off the shaft flipping it around backwards and rethreading it on (but leave the nut to where it protrudes a lil bit further then the shaft) take a small pry (i use a mechanics pry) and het the pry behind the fly wheel (make sure your only against the flywheel body)
And apply steady medium pressure while lightly tapping the nut with a hammer and it'll come off pretty easily. Having the nut reversed and extended from the shaft will protect the shaft from mushrooming.
Just remember to tap lightly
