Schwin OCC chopper tires

If I decide to use my OCC rim I will buy a disc brake hub on which to mount the drive sprocket. I'll relace it with 12 or 13ga spokes at this time. Other option is an electric fat tire front wheel/rim complete.
My motorcycle tires on my bike are 9lbs each. If you need a idea. My other tires are 11lbs each.

I have heard that the OCC bikes had a special rim of some kind and a regular fat bike tires will not fit/work on the rim. Is this true? If so new rear tires are a problem! Mine are quite weather checked and I will need to replace them. Better to just but a fat bike tire rim and tire? New to this forum and in the process of building a motorized bike for the grandkids.
You can go with a 20x4.00 tire for the rear and it will fit because that's what I replaced mine with. I got it on Amazon... I just didn't pump it all the way up cuz when you do the tire rubs the frame. About 25psi.
