Turbocharger for those that need it.

sounds like a lot of work and money, when I say..just put a bigger engine on it..hard to beat more cc's or cubic inches...just ask the boys who build small blocks to run against big blocks..takes alot more money to do so
 
Don't just sit there, grab it! It will probably be a Sears Allstate (rebadged Puch), and therefore of quality construction.
 
it is a sears allstate. ill see if she would be willin to part with it, altho it wont go over well with the wife. i just bought a triumph, so im on thin ice as it is lol
 
oh, another problem you will run into when running a turbo on a single cylinder motor, the exhaust pulses, on a 3 or higher cylnder engine the exhaust pulses are alot smoother, on a single the exhaust pulse hammers the impeller. this increase wear on the thrust bearings. not a problem with a ball bearing turbo, but as far as i know no one makes that small of a BB center housing for turbos.
