Lap the valves
DSCF0148.JPGDSCF0149.JPG
squirt oil in the guide before lapping and don't get lapping compound on the valve stem It'll ruin the valve guide
DSCF0150.JPG
I can use a screwdriver to spin the intake valve it's got a slot for this purpose
DSCF0151.JPG
I use a piece of tubing to spin the exhaust valve, It works better than a suction stick
Put tube on the stem and push down on the valve head with your finger as ya spin the valve with the tube

Nice centered ring in the middle of the valve seat as it should be

Next I clean out the ports by spraying carb cleaner in em
DSCF0160.JPG
Installed the springs and keepers. I use small needle nose pliers to push down on the springs to install the keepers
DSCF0161.JPGDSCF0162.JPG
Spray a liberal amount of carb cleaner in the ports one at a time to check the seal of the valves
DSCF0163.JPGDSCF0164.JPG
Hold the cyl up in the air and look for any leakage from around the valves, No leaks the valve have an air tight seal
DSCF0166.JPG
Clean the head combustion chamber with a wire wheel

After lunch I'll finish and Install on the bike

For the Whizzer guys

The stock 22mm Whizzer exhaust valve always gets a little burr on it from the keeper
Use a small needle file and file the bur off before removing the valve or the bur will scrape the inside of the valve guide,
and ya don't want that,
