Don't use that frame, it will crack where th bottle mount holes are.

I used Flux core mig on mine, you can tig weld them if that's what you want to do. I would have tig welded mine because I like to tig weld, but I don't have any gas for my welder.

Whichever welder you have, just grind off the protrusions first.
