Un boxing the Superhawk R80

new motor arrived

Fins on the cylinder a little rough but got some spare parts

Time to open it up and see how pretty it is

All angled upward. I don't know if your using a boost port. I had wondered if the holes were at 90 DEG. to the boost port if it would interfere with the flow in the boost port channel, and if angling them upward would be a improvement. Was this your thoughts on this?

My thoughts was just to drill holes haha, than I thought well maybe I’ll angle them into the crankcase
My original thoughts was to have the centre holes pointing down and the side ones pointing towards the transfer ports.

I flared the holes so each hole opens quicker rather than waiting for it to come level with the hole if that makes sense. So more open area as it goes up and down

This is my very first attempt at setting one up, yes I have bored a boost port already.
