what is in your OP the best website to order kits from?

    price wise, customer service wise, and QUALITY wise.

    I think the best entry level kit is the one from rose326a on ebay, but personally I'd stay away from some parts in the kits, notably the stock chain tensioner and stock sprocket mounting system.

    I didn't order a kit although there are many companies out there with good stuff. My approach was to buy the Bike $299, Engine $139, Billet Axle $90 and an Expansion Tube muffler $90. Had I not picked a bike with the 3 inch Kenda Flame tires I would be done by now, but that require adjustments which are now finished and the in the end it was worth the extra effort. See my pictures and jhammondcpa! I'll be riding in a couple weeks and enjoying the summer!

    where to buy depends a lot on where you are - shipping can be costly or unavailable from some places to other places

    if building a cruiser, be sure they offer motor cases with wide front mount

    Jake's Bikes out of California had great packages, but didn't see them until I put my project together by buying all of the pieces seperatly. Check www.thejakebike.com .
