Would this gearing constitute a suicide bike?

I found 28 tooth and 32 tooth sprockets. A little more tame.

But this guy has run a 20inch wheel with a 44 tooth.
Now that is excessive.

If possible run a 28t on the rear of your 20" wheels. This'll be like running a 36t on 26" wheels. The 28t would also give you plenty of clearance for a disc rotor.
