The proper term for smoothing out the transitions in the cases for the transfers is called "Case Flowing" or simply case porting.

Curious BC, why did you choose the 48cc over the 66cc? 48cc owners are few around here.

Well there are 3 main reasons
1. I already have a 48cc case kicking around
2. All the parts i needed to order to get it operational again was cheaper then getting a new 66cc kit.
3. Legally I cant use anything bigger then a 50cc here.

I thought that legally, our gas bikes are not even legal at all in your Province of B.C. in Canada???

Huh... well ive never been pulled over at all, but i also wear a DOT motorcycle helmet while riding and dont rip around like a jackass in townI thought that legally, our gas bikes are not even legal at all in your Province of B.C. in Canada???

I've been telling my buddies the same thing, they just scoff or tell me reassuringly " you are going to get caught." But I still haven't got caught
