My bike wont start

So I decided to gap my spark plug and now my bike won't start
sometimes it will start and then it won't
when I pull on the throttle it putts or sputters
it was running just fine until I decided to gap the spark plug now nothing
can someone please help me so I can get back on the road

There are 2 types of spark caps for the CDI.
One that wants the spark plug top cap on, and one that needs it's off.

If you haven't broken the cap already, just make sure the fittings match before you try again as the problem you explain is exactly the symptoms you get with a loose or broken spark plug connector.

I tighten my head then damn thing would nearly start perhaps you gap it wrong or crack it try a new plug NGK 3112 B4L 0r Z4C or FH3-T if you can find it. Or check your boot might need push down some more.

Did you buy the right plug? I have seen plugs that are just slightly to long hit the piston just enough to close the gap and short out.

Ya cost me 8 bucks parts store would not take it back ITS ELECTRIC!

You don't want one, get an iridium or just the standard plug from a reputable plug connoisseur.

Ya, if you have a slant head get an NGK 5944 (BPR7HIX) Iridium, it will give a bit more compression.
