Yes it did, as do all of the Phantoms, they are a one piece chainsaw cylinder with no separate head.

In the motor assembly video they show a separate head
It also has a ceramic lining coating on the inside of the cylinder and has a 52mm dual windowed piston for use with the reed valve the comes with it.
It is a generic video they use for all of their "How To" engine builds...It is usually a Zeda motor they actually show.
