Fins on the cylinder a little rough but got some spare parts

Time to open it up and see how pretty it is

I've just ordered a 4 jaw chuck to sort a new head

Bloody hell! It just started as a birthday present lol!

2 motors and both having dramas......goes to show doesn't matter what one you buy it's worth pulling them down first
But there is some obvious differences though

As there any chance anyone could share a link to the actual jug I would have?

I thought i was just going to be showing off our new motor haha

The meas. can't be correct with the reveal I'm seeing there no way their is 1.25 mm each side of a 47mm - piston. The head is a piece of s**t. The rest is still yet to be determined. The reason the dip s**t who sold you this can't believe you took it apart is because he has never taken one apart and has no clue what to do if he did. A Typical f***wad salesman. So now that we have that cleared up. Get a quality after market head and push on in hopes that there won't be another OH s**t. I don't dare put a smiley face on this one.
